What data we process

• Account details: name, email, phone and company.
• Orders: your designs, order lines, amounts and order history.
• Uploaded material: logos and symbols you save in your library.
• Technical: essential cookies for login and cart.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to fulfil the purchase agreement (deliver and invoice your orders), comply with the Bookkeeping Act and – if you have consented – send news and offers. Marketing only happens with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention period

Account details are kept as long as you have an account. Order records are kept for seven years under the Bookkeeping Act, but are anonymised when the account is deleted so they can no longer be linked to you as a person.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and data portability. You can export or delete your data directly in your account. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
